Meet The Owner
Hello I'm Hina Faizan, founder and lead planner at Bubbles & Blooms, a premier party and wedding design and planning boutique in Houston, Texas
I’m a Pakistani-American creative with a background in science and a lifelong passion for artistic expression. I moved to the U.S. 12 years ago, carrying with me a rich blend of cultural influence that continues to shape both my work and perspective.
Though my formal education is rooted in science, my heart has always been drawn to the creative world. Over the years, I’ve channeled that passion into floral and balloon artistry, as well as custom cake design and event management. For me, these aren’t just decorative elements, they are artistic mediums that allow me to tell stories, evoke emotion, and create meaningful experiences.
My design approach is intentional and refined, blending texture, color, and form to craft visually impactful and memorable moments. Influenced by both Eastern and Western aesthetics, my work reflects a balance of elegance, structure, and playfulness.
I take pride in helping clients bring their visions to life, whether they come with a clear concept or need help developing one from the ground up. I see every project as a collaboration, and my goal is always to deliver results that feel personal, polished, and unforgettable.
